I travelled from Guangzhou China to care for my mother who was elderly and fell ill. Her condition deteriorated rapidly ten days ago. Being unable to speak English fluently and feeling foreign to this country, I was extremely helpless. Fortunately I came across Frank Kwok, who came to my home after receiving my call for help. He explained in details about the procedure to deal with the passing of my mother. With kindness and sincerity, he soon earned the trust of my family and we decided to leave the task of organising for my mother’s funeral in his capable hands. I am thankful that most things have been sorted out now, and in this process Mr Kwok and his team demonstrated great professionalism, which reaffirms that our decision we made earlier was correct. Their quality of service and rates are highly competitive and we are very satisfied. I wish to thank Mr Kwok and his team with all my heart, I am so grateful to have met them at a time of desperation.

My mother suffered from cancer and was in the incurable late stage. She spent her final moment in the hospital. I found Frank through newspaper advertisement. He came to the hospital to meet with us. He patiently explained the whole process of arranging a funeral and gave us a reasonable quotation. He answered our questions in detail. I and my family were in one accord to entrust Frank to organize mum’s funeral.
Frank’s professional handling of the funeral was seen in every details during the funeral service. We very appreciated the effort Frank and his team contributed to the funeral.
